Webbing Slings and Round Slings

All of our webbing and round sling and polyester lifting and lashing products are fully UK manufactured. Our in house production facility gives us vantage to provide bespoke engineered polyester lifting product solutions to our clients performing specialist lifts.

Our products are fully compliant with the relevant standards EN 1492-1:2000/1:1000 and manufactured to a 7:1 safety factor.

Principal Features of Duplex Webbing Slings

• SWL: 1,000kg up to 45,000kg (relevantly colour coded)
• Widths: 30mm up to 300mm
• Eyes: Becket, flat, reversed, twisted or a range of compatible hardware
• High strength to weight ratio
• Absorbs shock loads
• Light and flexible makes them easy to handle
• Wear sleeves available to protect from abrasion and sharp objects in either webbing or polyurethane
• Helps prevent damage to the surface of goods being lifted
• Unaffected by grease, oil, dirt, sunlight, humidity or sea water
• Certificates of conformity are supplied with goods
• Easily examined

• Standard WLL: 1,000kg up to 75,000kg (relevantly colour coded)
• Length: Up to 40m Circ
• Factor of safety: 7:1 for general purpose and 5:1 for special lift applications
• High strength to weight ratio
• Absorbs shock loads
• Light and flexible makes them easy to handle
• Wear sleeves available to protect from abrasion and sharp objects, and extra wear pads available
• Helps prevent damage to the surface of goods being lifted
• Unaffected by grease, oil, dirt, sunlight, humidity or sea water
• Certificates of conformity are supplied with goods
• Easily examined
