Under the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974), it is a legislated requirement that if any repairs are undertaken or modifications are completed on any piece of lifting equipment then this equipment must be tested and where required it should be proof-loaded. It is necessary for this proof loading to be carried out to a required predetermined specification before it can legally be brought back into production. This is a vital step that will help to ensure the equipment is suitable for its stated safe working load.

We have a number of resources at our disposal in order to carry out proof load testing, including:

• 100T Jack Testing Machine
• 20T Chain Block Test Rigs
• Dead Load Test Facilities
• A variety of loose weights to complete on site testing
