The MezzBarriers C42 42.4 mm Deck Mounted Handrail Kits in Safety Yellow are engineered specifically for level mezzanine decks, platforms, and loading docks, providing a strong, compliant edge-protection system that meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 14122-3:2016.
Each kit comprises ready-made modular sections, sold separately, allowing you to configure handrails to suit your exact layout. With pre-assembled uprights, pre-cut rails, and integrated kick plates, installation is fast and straightforward, requiring only basic hand tools and semi-skilled labour.
There is no need to weld, bend, or fabricate tubing on site, significantly reducing installation time and costly production downtime. Most standard mezzanine guardrail layouts can be achieved using the off-the-shelf components available. For more complex layouts such as machine guarding, staircases, ramps, or bespoke platforms, custom configurations are available on request.
