Description
The Tiger TRLH Industrial Lever Hoist is a proven, heavy-duty lifting device engineered for industrial, construction, and maintenance environments where safety and reliability are critical. Manufactured to exceed BS EN 13157:2004+A1:2009, ANSI/ASME B30.21, AS1418.2, and SANS 1636 standards, each unit comes fully certified with proof and light-load testing documentation to guarantee performance and safety.
The TRLH hoist features a high-efficiency twin pawl brake system that instantly engages when operation ceases, securely holding the load. The bonded, asbestos-free friction discs ensure dependable braking under all conditions. Tiger’s precision-machined, heat-treated gearing provides exceptional mechanical efficiency and reduced manual effort, while premium-grade grease maintains smooth operation from -40°C to +50°C.
Constructed with top-grade alloy steel and fitted with calibrated Grade T or V load chains (also available in stainless steel), the TRLH offers outstanding strength and wear resistance. Drop-forged and heat-treated alloy hooks include Tiger’s patented “EZ Check” overload indicator, allowing for quick visual inspection to identify shock loading or overloading incidents. Recessed forgings protect critical components, and the powder-coated finish offers long-lasting corrosion resistance.
Ideal for use across manufacturing, mining, utilities, and general engineering sectors, the Tiger TRLH combines robust design with exceptional operator safety and ease of maintenance.
