Manufactured using Pewag Grade 10 lifting chain and supplied with compatible Grade 10 components, the sling is designed to meet the requirements of EN 818-2 and EN 818-4.
Grade 10 chain provides a higher Working Load Limit than Grade 8 chain of the same diameter, allowing a smaller chain size to be specified for some lifting applications. This can result in a lighter, more manageable sling that is easier to handle and quicker to rig, while maintaining a 4:1 safety factor.
