Description
EcoWarrior Low Profile Pallet Truck
The EcoWarrior Low Profile Pallet Truck is designed for handling pallets, crates and loads where standard pallet trucks cannot provide sufficient fork clearance. With a 2,000kg lifting capacity and an exceptionally low 51mm minimum fork height, it is ideal for low-clearance and disposable pallets commonly encountered in containerised goods handling.
Available with 540mm or 685mm overall fork widths, the truck provides a choice of configurations to suit different pallet and load requirements. The low-profile design also makes it suitable for handling American and Japanese pallets, as well as crates and standard pallets.
Low Profile Pallet Handling
With a minimum lowered fork height of just 51mm, the EcoWarrior Low Profile Pallet Truck can access pallets and loads with significantly less ground clearance than conventional pallet trucks.
This makes it particularly useful for low-clearance pallets and disposable pallets, including those commonly found in containers loaded using conventional forklifts where a standard pallet truck may not fit beneath the pallet.
Manual Hydraulic Operation
The pallet truck uses a manually operated hydraulic pump unit for lifting, providing straightforward and controlled operation without the need for electrical power.
A 3-position trigger allows the operator to control lifting, lowering and the neutral position, while the overload and pressure relief valve helps protect the hydraulic system during operation.
Built for Versatile Pallet Handling
The EcoWarrior Low Profile Pallet Truck is suitable for a variety of pallet and load types, including standard, American and Japanese pallets, as well as crates.
The available fork widths allow the truck to be selected according to the pallet dimensions and application, with the 540mm version offering 220mm between the forks and the 685mm version offering 365mm between the forks.
Ideal Applications
Suitable for a wide range of pallet and load handling applications, including:
- Container unloading
- Warehouse pallet handling
- Low-clearance pallet handling
- Disposable pallet handling
- Crate handling
- American pallet handling
- Japanese pallet handling
- Standard pallet handling
- Manufacturing and production environments
- Distribution and logistics operations

Capacity & Load Information
The EcoWarrior Low Profile Pallet Truck has a maximum Working Load Limit of 2,000kg.
Always ensure the load is evenly distributed across the forks and does not exceed the rated capacity. Loads should be stable and correctly positioned before moving or lifting.
The truck is intended for handling suitable pallets, crates and loads with appropriate ground clearance. Ensure there is sufficient clearance for the forks before attempting to lift.

Safety & User Instructions
- Never exceed the 2,000kg maximum WLL.
- Ensure the load is stable, evenly distributed and correctly positioned on the forks.
- Check that sufficient clearance is available beneath the pallet or load before inserting the forks.
- Take particular care when handling damaged, uneven or disposable pallets.
- Ensure the selected fork width is suitable for the pallet or load being handled.
- Keep personnel clear of the load and the travel path.
- Do not use the pallet truck to lift or transport people.
- Take care around the forks, wheels and other moving components.
- Operate only on a suitable, stable and reasonably level surface.
- Do not leave a raised load unattended.
- Inspect the forks, hydraulic system, wheels, frame and control mechanism before use.
- Check for hydraulic leaks or other signs of damage before operation.
- Do not use damaged or defective equipment.
