Warrior EcoWarrior WRSPP360-2000 Auto Pallet Leveller

The Warrior EcoWarrior WRSPP360-2000 Auto Pallet Leveller is a self-levelling lift table and pallet positioner designed to improve manual handling and reduce bending, reaching and unnecessary movement when loading or unloading pallets.

With a 2,000kg maximum WLL, automatic self-levelling operation and a 360° rotating turntable, the pallet leveller keeps goods at a more convenient working height while allowing operators to rotate the pallet rather than repeatedly walking around it.

Three springs with four configuration combinations provide flexibility for different load profiles. Integrated fork pockets also allow the unit to be relocated using suitable forklift equipment.

Automatic Self-Levelling Operation

The spring-operated platform automatically responds as goods are added to or removed from the pallet, helping maintain a more ergonomic working height without manual adjustment.

The platform has a 241mm lowered height and can rise to 705mm, making palletised goods easier to access during repetitive loading, picking and packing operations.

360° Rotating Turntable

The 1,107mm diameter rotating top allows palletised goods to be turned through 360°.

This helps operators bring products towards them instead of repeatedly walking around the pallet, reducing unnecessary reaching, twisting and movement.

Adjustable Spring Configurations

The WRSPP360-2000 uses three springs with four configuration combinations, allowing the leveller to be matched to different load profiles.

Load parameters must be provided when ordering so the correct spring configuration can be supplied.

Fork Pockets

Integrated fork pockets allow the pallet leveller to be moved using suitable forklift equipment, providing greater flexibility when relocating the unit between workstations or storage areas.

Capacity and Load Configuration

The WRSPP360-2000 has a maximum Working Load Limit of 2,000kg.

The three-spring system can be configured in four combinations to suit different load profiles. Accurate load parameters must be provided when ordering to ensure the appropriate configuration is supplied.

The pallet leveller must always be operated within its stated WLL and configured correctly for the intended load.

Working Height

The automatic self-levelling platform operates between 241mm lowered – 705mm raised.
