Description
Warrior Semi Electric Drum Tipper with Weigh Scale
The Warrior EcoWarrior Semi Electric Drum Tipper with Weigh Scale is a powered drum handling solution designed to lift, rotate and pour steel, plastic and fibre drums.
Featuring powered hydraulic lifting, electric drum tilting and an integrated weigh scale, the drum tipper provides controlled handling and pouring of drums in industrial and commercial environments.
With a 450kg lifting capacity and maximum lift height of 2,300mm, it is suitable for applications where drums need to be lifted and discharged at height.
Powered Drum Handling
The EcoWarrior Drum Tipper uses an electro-hydraulic and electro-mechanical system to provide powered lifting and drum rotation.
The two-stage vertical lift allows drums to be raised to the required working height, while the powered tipping mechanism provides controlled rotation for pouring and emptying.
Electric Drum Tilting
The dumper can rotate drums through 180° in approximately 30 seconds, providing controlled tipping for a range of drum-handling applications.
The powered system reduces the manual effort required to lift and rotate drums, making it particularly useful for repetitive handling operations.
Integrated Weigh Scale
An integrated weigh scale allows the weight of the drum and its contents to be monitored during handling.
This provides additional functionality where drum weights need to be checked as part of the handling or production process.
Drum Compatibility
The Warrior Semi Electric Drum Tipper is suitable for handling:
- Steel drums
- Plastic drums
- Fibre drums
Ideal Applications
