Description
EcoWarrior Hand Pallet Truck Tandem Nylon
The EcoWarrior 2500kg Hand Pallet Truck Tandem Nylon range is designed for reliable and efficient manual handling across warehouses, factories, workshops, storage facilities and logistics operations.
With a 2,500kg Working Load Limit, these robust hand pallet trucks combine sealed hydraulics, self-lubricating bushes and long-life nylon wheels to provide smooth, dependable pallet handling. Available with a range of fork lengths and widths, the range includes compact models for specialist applications alongside standard Euro and UK pallet configurations.
The pallet trucks feature a 3-position operating trigger, pressure relief/overload protection, climber wheels and sealed hydraulics, providing straightforward and controlled operation in demanding working environments.
Heavy Duty Manual Pallet Handling
The EcoWarrior Hand Pallet Truck uses a manually operated hydraulic pump to raise loads, with a 3-position trigger providing control over lifting, neutral and lowering functions.
The robust hydraulic system is sealed to help protect internal components from contamination, while self-lubricating bushes and full bushing in key areas help reduce maintenance requirements.
The range is available with fork lengths from 800mm to 1,220mm and overall fork widths from 450mm to 685mm, allowing the appropriate configuration to be selected for different pallet sizes and handling requirements.
Nylon Wheels & Tandem Rollers
The trucks are fitted with long-life nylon steer wheels and load rollers, providing durable performance for general industrial and warehouse applications.
Selected models feature tandem load rollers, helping distribute the load and providing improved stability when handling pallets. Climber wheels and entry/exit rollers assist with positioning the forks beneath pallets.
Pallet & Application Options
The range includes configurations suitable for both Euro and UK pallets, with wider 685mm models designed for UK pallet applications.
The shorter 800mm and 900mm fork models provide a compact solution for specialist handling requirements, including printer and other restricted-access applications.
The 1,000mm, 1,150mm and 1,220mm fork options provide additional flexibility for different pallet and load dimensions.

Capacity & Load Information
The EcoWarrior Hand Pallet Truck range has a maximum Working Load Limit of 2,500kg.
The rated capacity applies to loads positioned within the appropriate load centre and correctly supported by the forks. The load should be evenly distributed across the forks and must not exceed the capacity of the selected model.
Always check the individual model’s fork dimensions and pallet compatibility before use, particularly when handling non-standard, narrow or specialist pallets.
