Description
Warrior EcoWarrior Manual Drum Tipper Stacker
The Warrior EcoWarrior WRDTPL45 Manual Drum Tipper Stacker is a versatile drum handling truck designed to lift, transport, rotate and discharge the contents of steel, plastic and fibre drums.
With a 450kg lifting capacity, hydraulic hand and pedal-operated lifting and mechanical hand-wheel tipping, the drum tipper provides controlled handling for drums up to 210 litres.
The drum is securely supported around its circumference, with the locking mechanism holding it in position during lifting and rotation.
Manual Drum Lifting & Tipping
The WRDTPL45 uses a hydraulic hand-operated pump and pedal to raise the drum, while a mechanical hand wheel provides controlled rotation.
The drum can be rotated through 180° and locked in both vertical and horizontal positions, allowing contents to be discharged into mixing vessels, containers or through a suitable faucet.
Secure Drum Locking
A 3-position locking mechanism securely holds the drum within the positioning cradle.
The drum is supported around its circumference, including the top and bottom rims, helping to maintain stability during lifting and tipping.
The mechanism is designed to accommodate 210 litre steel, plastic and fibre drums.
Controlled Drum Rotation
A 30:1 ratio transfer box provides geared control during rotation and helps prevent a partially filled drum from running away as its centre of gravity changes during tipping.
The drum can be locked in either the vertical or horizontal position, providing flexibility for storage, draining and emptying applications.
Ideal Applications
Suitable for a wide range of drum handling applications, including:
- Warehouses and distribution centres
- Manufacturing facilities
- Industrial drum handling
- Drum storage and stacking
- Drum emptying and pouring
- Mixing and processing operations
- Draining drums through a faucet
- Moving drums to storage racks
