The EcoWarrior Extra Long Pallet Truck is designed for applications where standard pallet truck forks are not long enough. The extended forks allow operators to handle longer pallets, oversized loads or multiple pallets, helping reduce handling time and improve productivity.
With a 2,000kg Working Load Limit, robust hydraulics and heavy-duty components, the EcoWarrior provides a reliable solution for demanding warehouse, distribution and industrial environments.
Six configurations are available, combining three fork lengths with two fork widths.
Benefits of Extra Long Pallet Truck Forks
Extra long pallet truck forks provide greater reach and load support, making them ideal for handling oversized pallets, long loads and non-standard pallet configurations. The extended forks allow operators to support more of the load, helping to improve stability and making it easier to move larger or longer loads safely.
Compared with standard pallet truck forks, extra long forks can also offer greater versatility in demanding material handling applications. Heavy-Duty Construction
The pallet truck incorporates robust, proven hydraulic components with sealed hydraulics, self-lubricating bushes and full bushing in key areas for durability and reduced maintenance.
Climber wheels and entry/exit rollers help the pallet truck negotiate pallet entry points, while tandem nylon load rollers and steering wheels provide smooth movement.
Hydraulic & Load Protection
A pressure relief/overload valve helps protect the hydraulic system from excessive loads.
The three-position trigger provides controlled lifting, neutral and lowering functions, while integrated greasing points support routine maintenance.

Safety & User Instructions
- Never exceed the 2,000kg maximum Working Load Limit.
- Ensure the load is suitable for the selected fork length and width.
