EcoWarrior Hand Pallet Truck Tandem Nylon
The EcoWarrior Heavy Duty Hand Pallet Truck Tandem Nylon is designed for demanding manual handling applications where a higher lifting capacity is required. With a 3,000kg Working Load Limit, it provides a robust solution for moving heavy pallets and loads across warehouses, factories, workshops, logistics facilities and industrial environments.
The pallet truck uses a sealed hydraulic system, pressure relief/overload protection and self-lubricating bushes to provide reliable operation with reduced maintenance requirements. Tandem nylon load rollers and steer wheels provide durable performance when handling heavy loads.
Available with either 1,150mm x 540mm forks for Euro and UK pallets or 1,150mm x 685mm forks for UK pallets, the range provides flexibility for different pallet configurations.
Heavy Duty Manual Pallet Handling
The EcoWarrior 3t Hand Pallet Truck is manually operated, using a robust hydraulic pump system to raise loads to a maximum fork height of 200mm.
A 3-position trigger provides controlled lifting, neutral and lowering functions, while the sealed hydraulic system helps protect internal components from contamination.
The heavy-duty construction, full bushing in key areas and self-lubricating bushes are designed to provide dependable performance in demanding industrial environments.
Tandem Nylon Rollers
Both models are fitted with tandem nylon load rollers and nylon steer wheels, providing long-life performance for heavy-duty pallet handling.
The 80 x 70mm tandem load rollers help distribute heavy loads across the roller assembly, while climber wheels and entry/exit rollers assist with positioning the forks beneath pallets.
Pallet Compatibility
Two fork configurations are available:
- WR30S115TNN – 1,150mm fork length with 540mm overall fork width, compatible with Euro and UK pallets
- WR30L115TNN – 1,150mm fork length with 685mm overall fork width, compatible with UK pallets
This allows the appropriate truck configuration to be selected according to the pallet type and application.

Safety & User Instructions
