Description
Warrior EcoWarrior Manual Straddle Stacker with Adjustable Forks
The Warrior EcoWarrior Manual Straddle Stacker is a manually operated lifting solution designed for occasional pallet handling, positioning and stacking applications in warehouses, workshops and industrial environments.
Available with a 1,600mm, 2,500mm or 3,000mm maximum fork height, each model has a 1,000kg maximum WLL and adjustable forks for greater flexibility when handling different pallet sizes.
The straddle-leg design allows the stacker to handle full perimeter board pallets, including Blue CHEP pallets commonly used in UK warehouses.
Manual Hydraulic Lifting
The stacker is raised using a manually operated hydraulic pump, providing controlled lifting and positioning of loads.
Lowering is controlled using a dead-man release trigger incorporated into the pulling handle, allowing the operator to lower the load in a controlled manner.
Adjustable Straddle Forks
The adjustable forks can be positioned between 210mm and 800mm, allowing the stacker to accommodate different load and pallet configurations.
The straddle design provides clearance around full perimeter board pallets that cannot be accessed by conventional pallet stackers.
Manoeuvrability & Safety
The EcoWarrior Manual Straddle Stacker is designed for straightforward manual movement, with a pulling handle and hard-wearing nylon wheels and load rollers.
Brakes, full guarding and steer-wheel foot guards provide additional protection during operation.
