Yale CPV Electric Chain Hoist with Push Trolley
The Yale CPV Electric Chain Hoist with Push Trolley combines powered lifting performance with simple, manually operated horizontal movement.
Designed for workshops, assembly areas, maintenance stations and light industrial lifting applications, the CPV is suspended from a hand push trolley, allowing the complete hoist and suspended load to be moved manually along a suitable I-beam or crane runway.
Available in capacities from 125kg to 5000kg, the CPV provides a versatile lifting solution where powered trolley travel is not required. The operator can lift the load electrically and then manually position it along the beam, providing straightforward and precise control over load placement.
The hoist operates from a 400V three-phase, 50Hz power supply and incorporates a 42V low-voltage control system, electromagnetic spring pressure brake and overload slip clutch for reliable operation in professional working environments.
Electric Lifting with Manual Travel
Unlike a powered trolley system, the CPV push trolley configuration allows the operator to move the hoist manually along the supporting beam.
This makes it particularly suitable for applications where loads only need to be repositioned occasionally or where simple manual travel is preferred.
The push trolley can be used along a compatible I-beam or crane runway, allowing the operator to position the load before or after lifting without requiring a separate powered travel motor.
